IS1613N is a compact， high integration， ultra-low cost， low power CMOS RF & baseband single chip IC for 2.4GHz Bluetooth v2.1+EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) applications.

When used for embedded Bluetooth applications， IS1613N can also run its upper layers stack from the on-chip memory to form a complete Bluetooth system.

  • Built-in 192KB Mask ROM or 4M flash for program memory
  • Built-in 24 KB RAM for data memory
  • Support simple pairing and sniff sub-rating
  • Support both Pico-net and Scatter-net applications
  • Support Adaptive Frequency Hopping and Fast connection
  • Support 64 kb/s PCM format (A-Law or u-Law)， or CVSD for SCO operation
  • Supports 802.11 Wireless Co-existence (WCS phase II)
  • +4dBm output power with level control 8dB from amplitude control
  • Crystal oscillation with build-in digital trimming for temperature/process variations
  • Power management including idle， shutdown， and low power modes
  • Built-in 3V and 1.8V LDO
  • Built-in 10-bit Aux-ADC for battery monitor and voltage detection
  • High speed HCI-UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter) and HCI-USB interface
  • 48QFN standard package
